At TJB-INC, we use a few of these clean-out pump kits when we need to draw down a water feature. At 2900 gph, this self priming submersible pump make easy work of draining out unwanted water. Because it will probably draw down to with-in 1/4 inch from the bottom of a water feature, it leaves little or no water left within the pond. The screens at the intake prevent gravel and larger fish from being sucked up all the way through the draw down. Our pumps at TJB-INC have lasted over 5 years and are still going!
